Four sculptures, three new and one very old, combine industrially produced elements – steel, rubber, acetate – and more unpredictable materials – wax, plaster, expanding foam and soot. The Minimalist aesthetic presents a pared down statement that change is possible within a given structure or system.

Vier Skulpturen – drei neue und eine sehr alte – kombinieren industriell hergestellte Elemente wie Stahl, Gummi und Acetat mit eher unvorhersehbaren Materialien wie Wachs, Gips, expandierendem Schaumstoff und Ruß. Die minimalistische Ästhetik vermittelt die reduzierte Aussage, dass Veränderung innerhalb einer gegebenen Struktur oder eines gegebenen Systems möglich ist.
