I let the shapes, forms and lines emerge intuitively, the decisions made are more visceral than intellectual. I don’t know what the end result will be until I reach the point of ‘this is it’.

Ich lasse die Formen und Linien intuitiv entstehen. Die Entscheidungen sind dabei eher emotional als intellektuell. Erst wenn ich den Punkt erreiche, an dem ich denke: „Das ist es“, weiß ich, wie das Endergebnis aussehen wird.„Das unmittelbare Sinneserlebnis wird zum vermittelnden Medium nonverbalen Wissens, die Sinneserfahrung wird zur Grundlage von Wissen und Verständnis.“ (Prof. Dirk van der Meulen)
